A Christian with atleast 3-5 Years experience in public or private hospital or school/college institutions and prepared to stay within the school environment

With confectionary experience, worked in public institutions such as schools, hospitals and hotels for 3-4 years, able to handle kitchen duties by themselves with demonstrable initiative and responsibility.

QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a Christian with medical qualifications (Minimum enrolled nurse) with atleast 5 years experience in public or private clinic/ hospital; with psycho-socio counselling skills and training; background, good interpersonal relationships and prepared to live within the boarding environment with the children.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Principal, the female house parent will be responsible for the welfare of female students and will live in the boarding house with students. She will perfom various tasks including creating a nurturing environment for the physical, emotional and spiritual development of female students while at Chalo Trust School. She will maintaine discpline among girls and provide counselling services, supervision of house keeping staff in domitaries and will be moral and spiritual role model to the girls.
